2025 Year in Review
Looking back with gratitude at the innovations, milestones, and moments that shaped the year. As we close the year, we wanted to pause. Not to celebrate numbers alone (though there are a few we’re proud of), but to reflect on the people, partnerships, and practices that shaped BOT Consulting in 2025.This is our year, told simply, honestly, and with gratitude.

2025, By the Numbers
Growth is most meaningful when it’s grounded. Here’s what 2025 looked like at a glance.
Over the course of the year, BOT crossed 150 people, reached $4M in ARR, and maintained a 90% retention rate.
Learning remained central to how we operated. Every month, our consultants logged over 85 hours of structured learning, because in a world shaped by AI and rapid platform shifts, standing still is the fastest way to fall behind.
At the same time, our extended talent network grew to over 5,000 professionals, giving us the depth and flexibility to build teams that fit, not just fill roles.
And alongside growth, we stayed grounded. Through our Śrī initiative, we collectively contributed over 300 volunteer hours across education, environment, and enablement. It’s a reminder we return to often: growth means very little if it doesn’t lift others along the way.

More Than Services, We Delivered Long-Term Impact
As the year unfolded, we onboarded new customers, expanded existing partnerships, and built real, lasting capability for our clients.
In 2025, our teams helped build over 15 client IPs, embedding knowledge, ownership, and operating muscle directly into customer ecosystems. What excited us most was seeing these assets take shape alongside our customers, creating something that would continue to deliver value well beyond day-to-day delivery.
We also expanded our footprint across the AI landscape, supporting teams as they moved from early experimentation to production-ready AI systems.
One milestone stood out as a defining moment for us: the successful integration of Hakkoda India into the IBM global ecosystem.

Odyssey Entered the Room
We introduced Odyssey this year, and it’s been a long time coming.
The idea was simple: building and scaling a Global Capability Center shouldn’t feel harder than it needs to be. Too often, companies lose months figuring out things that are already known—how to hire and ramp the right talent, how to set up and speed operations, how to maintain culture, and how to scale without chaos.
Odyssey brings all of that together. It’s our platform for scaling GCCs, built from years of real experience, combining proven playbooks, AI-enabled workflows, and human expertise into one cohesive way of working.
The goal isn’t more tools or more complexity. It’s clarity. Faster starts. Fewer surprises. And the confidence that as teams grow, the foundation beneath them is solid, repeatable, and built to last.
Stay tuned, Odyssey is getting ready for its official reveal in 2026.
Our Core Memory Moments
From digital to IRL: our most memorable moment of the year was bringing together our customers, partners, families, and teams from across the world in Jaipur for our first-ever Annual Retreat.
Just honest conversations, shared stories, and a collective sense of pride in what we were building together.
A quiet reminder of what real culture feels like, something no AI can replicate.
This was also the year we opened our 250+ seat SEZ Innovation Lab in Jaipur, our employer-branded space built not just for scale, but for collaboration, learning, and long-term community.
And it was the year our Chief Happiness Officer, Coco, officially took on her role, quietly reminding us (daily) that joy and productivity aren’t opposites.

What Our Customers Are Saying
“The partnership with BOT Consulting enabled us to stand up the entity and begin hiring with no delays, which is a credit to both execution and trust. From my perspective, the quality of delivery from the India team has been consistently strong, and the teams have integrated seamlessly with our broader organization. What excites me most is the set of assets we are building together. They will be a game changer for the ecosystem and create a meaningful, durable advantage for Cloud for Good.” — Tal Frankfurt, Founder & CEO, Cloud for Good
“The progress of our India entity this year—in only 4–5 months—has been a great example of what’s possible through strong global partnership. The close collaboration between Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance at BOT and Cloud for Good enabled us to move quickly to establish a 40-person-strong team while maintaining a strong employee experience from day one.
What has stood out most is how smoothly the India team has integrated into Cloud for Good’s culture, demonstrating ownership, collaboration, and a deep commitment to supporting our broader business goals. We see this across the Innovation Hub and in the day-to-day work, through speed of execution and thoughtful decision-making.” — Lindsey Ciochina, CFAO, Cloud for Good
“BOT Consulting has been a great GDC partner in building out our team in Jaipur. This partnership enabled us to build an amazing team with speed and in tune with Hakkoda’s culture, training, and structure.”— Erik Duffield, CEO, Hakkoda (now an IBM Company)
Stronger Foundations for What’s Next
2025 also marked an important chapter in how we prepare for the future.
We formally partnered with Tercera Advisory, adding a layer of experienced perspective from operators who have built and scaled global delivery organizations before. The partnership helps us stay sharply focused as we scale—without changing how or why we deliver.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we step into 2026, we’re carrying clarity with us.
We’re preparing for larger, more AI-native GCC builds. We’re deepening adoption of the Odyssey platform across teams and customers. Our Śrī initiative will continue to grow alongside the company, shaping how we give back as we scale.
And we remain committed to something we believe strongly in: building Jaipur as a global talent hub, one defined by capability, culture, and ambition.
