Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Management Trainee to join our Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify inefficiencies, design future-state business models, and drive AI-first process improvements. You will leverage journey mapping, business flow diagrams (e.g., swim lanes, SIPOC), and root-cause analysis tools (e.g., Fishbone diagrams, SWOT) to diagnose operational gaps and recommend data-backed solutions.

A strong passion for writing, content development, and communication is essential, as you will be responsible for crafting strategic reports, process documentation, and change management materials.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis & Process Optimization:
  Conduct gap analyses using Fishbone diagrams (Ishikawa), SWOT, and 5 Whys to uncover inefficiencies.
  
  Develop customer journey maps, business process flows (swim lanes, SIPOC), and value stream maps to visualize workflows.
  
  Recommend improvements using predictive risk modeling, AI-driven automation, and business process re-engineering.
  
• AI-First & Digital Transformation:
  Drive adoption of AI/ML methodologies (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP for document automation).
  
  Utilize business modeling tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) to design future-state processes.
  
  Assist in piloting AI-powered decision-support tools for strategic planning.
  
• Content Development & Stakeholder Communication: 
  Draft high-impact strategy decks, white papers, and process documentation.
  
  Translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for leadership.
  
  Support change management by creating training materials and playbooks.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, SIPOC, BPMN).
  
• Experience with root-cause analysis frameworks (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, SWOT).
  
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (predictive modeling, automation) is a plus.
  
• Exceptional writing & storytelling – ability to simplify complex ideas.
  
• Strong visual communication (diagrams, slide decks).
  
• Curiosity for emerging tech (AI, GenAI, process mining).
