Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong consulting and technical expertise to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures. You will drive solution design, ensure alignment with Salesforce platform best practices, and support successful delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds.

This position requires a strong combination of architecture expertise, client-facing consulting skills, and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
  

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather requirements and translate them into solution architecture.
  

• Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
  

• Define data models, security architecture, and integration frameworks for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
  

• Participate in project planning, solution estimation, and roadmap discussions.
  

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security standards, and architectural best practices.
  

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide teams toward optimal architectural solutions.
  

• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, new capabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve solution design.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem in roles such as Solution Architect, Senior Salesforce Consultant, or Technical Lead.
  

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise solution design.
  

• Deep knowledge of:
  

  • Sales Cloud
    

  • Service Cloud
    

  • Experience (Community) Cloud
    

  • Core Salesforce Platform capabilities
    

• Strong experience with:
  

  • Advanced Salesforce configuration and declarative development
    

  • Security model and access management
    

  • Data modeling and data migration strategies
    

  • System integrations and API-led architecture
    

• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components from a solution design perspective.
  

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments (backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and acceptance criteria).
  

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Ability to design enterprise-grade, scalable Salesforce architectures.
  

• Strong stakeholder management and client consulting skills.
  

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
  

• Experience working in fast-paced consulting environments with evolving requirements.
  

• Self-driven with the ability to lead technical discussions and influence solution direction.
