ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, custom development, integrations, and ITSM processes, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Configure and customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Build and maintain Service Catalogue items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party tools.
Implement ServiceNow best practices, including performance optimization and security.
Work on CMDB data modelling, discovery, and data integrity.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Maintain technical documentation and follow SDLC and ITIL processes.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development projects.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM/ITOM).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalogue.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery.
Experience with Access Controls (ACLs) and platform security.
Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 concepts.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or automated testing in ServiceNow.
