Associate Data Engineer

We are on the lookout for talented and passionate individuals, to join our expanding team as Associate Data Engineers. In this role, you will actively contribute to the development of Snowflake Data Cloud solutions, taking on tasks like building data ingestion pipelines, understanding data architecture, and gradually learning to implement data governance and security measures.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant technical experience, including internships or academic projects related to data management, database development, ETL, and/or data preparation domains.

  • Eagerness to learn and a passion for working with data.

  • Exposure to basic data manipulation, processing, and extraction from datasets is a plus.

  • Intermediary proficiency in SQL and Python scripting is desirable, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Matillion/Fivetran, or DBT is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to learn from experienced team members.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a keen interest in project management.

  • Capability to collaborate and support cross-functional and agile teams within a dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
